#ChangeHerStory – 16Days 2020 Campaign
16Days of activism is a world campaign which focuses on Gender based Violence. Starting on the 25th of November and running to the 10th of December.
This year CASWA have worked alongside 13 other organisations across the Highlands to develop a Highland & Island Wide campaign targeting gender based violence in our rural areas. The Campaign has a joint hashtag which will be used across all platforms during the 16days.
#ChangeHerStory is about encouraging the public to participate in this campaign and tell us what they would like to see changed for Women and Girls. We would like to Invite and encourage our followers and supporters to take part.
All we ask is that you download the attached plaque and write down what you would like to see changed, take a photo of the plaque (you don’t need to include your face).
How to Share?
There are a couple of options of how to share this, you could either put this on your own social media and tag CASWA while using the hashtag or if you wish to be anonymous you could simply send your image to the CASWA pages and we can share them for you.
If you don’t have access to a printer you could write this down on a piece of paper with the #ChangeHerStory included, example shown below.
