COVID 19 – (Coronavirus)
Following the announcement by UK and Scottish Governments Monday 16th March, CASWA has made the decision to suspend face to face support sessions at this challenging time.
If you are currently receiving support from us, your CASWA worker will be in touch to look at how we can best work with you over the following weeks.
We will also be operating with a skeleton staff within our offices. We will do our best to answer phone calls and voice messages as quickly as possible. Please bear with us, and remember you can also contact your allocated worker directly by text on her work mobile, and she will get back to you as soon as possible during working hours.
We would ask that you do not visit our offices during this time, as there may not be anyone around, and the buildings within which we are based may be closed.
We will continue to do our upmost to keep CASWA open, and we hope you will understand that the wellbeing and health of our staff team and our service users has to be our main priority at this time.
For support please contact us on 0345 4080151 or info@caswa.org.uk. The Scottish Domestic abuse Helpline can be contacted 24/7 on 0800 027 1234
Keep yourself and your families safe!
Thank you, the CASWA team.
